the dilemma that we face
is a fairly simple question
work together in embrace
or betray for a concession

this prison has been here
for as long as we can tell
though it's moved from the frontier
into this global hell

cooperating with each other
would produce us a plenitude
if you labour for another
you'll dismantle the feud

but self-serving acquisition
is the order of the day
because without ambition
you will become the prey

so you may give in to your greed
making scarcity for all
or you may give of yourself
and smash the prison walls

and so again
the choice is composed
we work together
