morality is simple
and it can be known
there is light and dark here
look and you will be shown

what we make is divided
love is set across from hate
and upon our actions
these are what we create

when you act with care
with joy and comfort to share
you create what's good
making grace as you should

and when you act with malice
or are simply callous
you create badness
leaving in your wake sadness

good actions make love
and kindness, and light
while bad ones make hate
and hurt, and plight

acting morally means weighing
our experiences together
and to speak up saying
it's kindness we treasure
